When referring to 'you' or 'your', this shall be deemed as reference to any persons accessing the Timna Wall Art Website and any persons placing an order via the Timna Wall Art Website.
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Timna Wall Art Website and apply to all items ordered from Timna Wall Art.

We reserve the right to withdraw, or amend, the specification of any goods without further notice to you. Please allow variance on sizes stated especially when orders are placed at different times.
Please note we do not guarantee colour match between the same products ordered by you in separate orders.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Timna wall Art Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, tablet or mobile device, we cannot guarantee that you're monitor's, tablet's or mobile device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Timna Wall Art Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Our wallpapers are digitally printed to recreate a hand-painted look. Unique characteristics and details associated with this technique are essential to the character of our products and cannot be classified as faults.
All of our products are designed for interior use only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is fit for purpose for the end use you envisage.

All prices are correct at time of publishing, but may change due to administrative errors or circumstances beyond our control.
PLACING AN ORDER
Timna may modify the terms and conditions on the Timna Wall Art Website without notifying you. You agree to periodically review these terms and conditions to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing the Timna Wall Art Website. Your continued use of the Timna Wall Art website after any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
Some items sold on the Timna Wall Art website are print to order and are non-stocked items. This means that these orders will only be produced on payment in full of the value of the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features and delivery. Timna is not responsible for any implications resulting from incorrect details and aspects of your order.
When you place an order on the Timna Wall Art Website we shall email you an order confirmation. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the 'PAY’ button.
We recommend that when ordering wallpapers that advice is sought from a trained professional. Timna can only advise suitable meterage of products in good faith, but does not take responsibility for over or under ordering of products. Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information and also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not permitted.
PAYMENT

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will endeavour to ship items held in stock within 7 days for the UK.
For Print to Order & Custom items lead times will vary and are stated on individual product pages.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom local customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Timna is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
Timna carries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Please note that we do not accept returns of samples.
PRINT TO ORDER WALLPAPER:
These are print to order and therefore non-refundable.
Samples are strongly recommended to view colour and paper quality.
We do not accept returns unless the product is a) damaged in transit before you receive them or b) if the product is faulty.
VERRE EGLOMISE MIRRORS:
Returns are not accepted on original art unless damaged in transit before you receive them.
Our Hand painted Verre Eglomise glass art is hand painted & gilded the unique characteristics and details associated with this technique and are essential to the character of our products and cannot be classified as faults.
Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@timna.co.uk including photographic evidence.The goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them.
Mirrors must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as they were received, ensuring every effort is made to protect the mirror glass.
MADE-TO-ORDER COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS:
All Timna Wall Art commissioned products are non-returnable. We do not accept returns unless the product is a) damaged in transit before you receive them or b) if the product is faulty.
All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact info@timna.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
You must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@timna.co.uk including photographic evidence.
Returns labels are provided and the return of goods is at the customer's own expense.
Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt, If the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed. Please note, we will not cover decorator costs or any other additional costs that arise as this is solely your responsibility.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Timna Woollard will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
